Two interviewers, one showed up very late and did not really participate in the interview. Was muted and appeared to be on the phone. Asked nontechnical questions. Interview lasted about 30 minutes overall. No communication at all after the interview. Very strange process.

The Ford interview process was straightforward and I enjoyed working with everyone involved. The interview was over five years ago and before the pandemic, so that could have changed since.

They sent me an email and gave me a time that works for me. I then logged on to the zoom and it was around a 15 minute interview. Around a day later, they accepted me for the test engineer role

it was good and smooth and the team has taken good care of the interns making sure that they are not feeling uncomfortable and are easily able to mingle with the other team members and no body else was feeling foreign in the campus.
