They mainly asked about impedance control and communication busses. I would recommend having some personal design experience to use as a jumping off point. I knew most of the stuff they were going to ask before hand which was very helpful,

it was good and smooth and the team has taken good care of the interns making sure that they are not feeling uncomfortable and are easily able to mingle with the other team members and no body else was feeling foreign in the campus.
