I applied and received an email with a calendar link to schedule a call with the recruiter. We had a conversation, during which he said I should expect to hear back by the end of the week or early the following week at the latest. I never heard anything. I followed up with an email and received no response. I was ghosted. For a company as large as Ford, this kind of interview process is disappointing. I’ve heard they have a reputation for ghosting candidates, and it’s honestly unacceptable. At the very least, they could send a standard rejection email.
