There are detailed processes, but results are not in high quality. Because there are people that are not good profil in the company. But some high quality engineers could not get in.

First, I got phone from recruiter for joining the interview. The interview continues nearly 5 hours. At the start of interview they make an IQ test which has 50 questions during one hour. Then they want a group discussion about how we can enlarge an automobile company. We discussed it among 5 people during 1 hour according to given informations about compony to us. Then they ask questions about group presentations. Finally, we made private presentations about similar topic. This time it was motorcycle company. 5 days later, they informed me about the result with an e-mail.

Even though we are mechanical engineers, they ask questions non-related to technical problems. The questions are related with economy.
