Lengthy process that takes months before you hear back. Must interview multiple times with different team members. Interviewed first on zoom then went to campus for in person interview. On campus interview lasted 5-6 hours. Very exhausting.

The most unprofessional and disorganized office I have ever interviewed for. I was never given confirmation/ the link for my interview until 15 minutes after it was supposed to start, and they rescheduled on me twice: 20 minutes after it was supposed to start the first time, and then again 10 minutes before the rescheduled one was supposed to start the second time. No emails are sent to schedule these: it is all done through phone calls with someone in a different office who gave multiple passive aggressive comments throughout, and implied it was my fault for them not being organized enough to schedule an interview. The third attempt's link was given 20 minutes after it was supposed to start and the time was done at night to specifically accommodate the interviewer. Interviewer did not have camera on due to working from home and spent the entire first half talking about themselves. An absolutely miserable and unprofessional experience and I withdrew my application immediately after.
