I met with the doctors/owners for a 30 minute in person interview. Then I shadowed for a few hours a different day. Then I was offered the job the day after. Easy.

As soon as she asked me to come back I could tell this wasn't going to go well. She was very distracted, barely looked at me. Very rote questions. I feel it was because I'm an older applicant ( early 50s) and everyone there looked under 30.
