After a phone interview, i was brought into the Washington DC office for face to face interviews.. It was so disorganized, people didn’t know they were interviewing me, one of the partners was so arrogant and she spoke to me like I was an idiot. They were so focused on my accounting experience, that they didn’t even ask questions to figure out what kind of person I am, which is too bad because I have a lot of other experiences that I could bring to a company. I got the feeling that they are like Big 4, where they just need to hire bodies who can do the work, and that is it. Based on this, and the fact that some interviewers didn’t know they were meeting me tells me that they don’t know how to value employees - they just want to get work done. Too bad - I heard that they were a fun company to work for that is growing, but it looks like that has changed a lot.
