4 weeks. very nice ppl. HR, then 2 technical interviews. common questions related to java, object oriented programming, design patterns and principles. easy to prepare, easy to answer. all interviewers are strong in Java with rich hands on experience, but questions leave room for improvisation, usually there is more than one correct answer. probably it's better to provide several answers to the same question.
