Expected a lot more from the organisation, but the process was so disappointing. I applied on Linkedin then HR reach out, but she did not ask me the fundamental questions about CTC. She just mentioned that she will be mailing one assignment and gave me a brief and received 2 days deadline. But the assignment was long I had to design 3 gift boxes & 2 banners in a span of 2 days, I stayed up overnight and shared it on time. Received HR's call next day, asking if I can come for 2nd round. I thought they liked my assignment and that's why they are proceeding. Went to their office the creative managers seemed nice. Then had a discussion with Senior HR and to my surprise, she asked me about my CTC, expected CTC and also asked me to share 2 contacts for Background check. I thought ok may be I'll get this job. I followed up with the HR but every time I call her she fails to recognise me. This is after going through all the process. So a week later I tried reaching out to her but was unable to and left a text. But to my surprise till date I haven't received any update yet. My QUESTION is why call a candidate for 2&3rd round, if you didn't like the assignment or had budget issues. Have some basic courtesy towards candidates they work overnight on the assignment apart from managing their current job. The least (HR team) could have done is update the candidates and not to keep them waiting. she should have asked me my expected CTC on the screening round itself. But now that I think of it, I don't want to work with a company who doesn't respect someone's effort and time."
