Applied through career fair at college, got phone call from HR, Set up interview via phone, went for interview. The staffs are very friendly and very nice. However, this company is a non-profit wall street firm that offer financial service which mean that they are looking for someone who are willing to give back to society. Everyone here seems like a big family, welcoming, and good environment to work here. But, I live in Manhattan. In order to support myself and family I need to work someplace else where they pay higher. Thank you for the opportunity and the good work that they did to the society. As it right now, I have to find a job where they can offer me a higher pay.

First interview revolved around information on the company itself. If asked to return for a second interview, then it involves information about the role including compensations, responsibilities, etc. In the last interview, they fly you out to their headquarters to interview with the CEO.
