Colloquio
I walked into the store and handed in my resume to one of the managers who asked me why I wanted to work there. Later that day, I recieved a call from the hiring manager. The interview took place the next day and it was a group interview which consisted of only the 3 of us and the interviewer. It took about half an hour. The questions were pretty simple and consisted of your standard interview questions. She asked us questions such as "Describe a time when you went above and beyond for a customer" and "What do you expect from a supervisor?"
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
