After applying online, I was invited to an interview via an email from an HR associate. I was told I would speak with some IT personnel. I showed up on time with my application already filled out and ready to be submitted. The application had been included in my email. I completed the interview and felt very good about it. We discussed possibly returning for a proficiency test.

Went through 3-4 rounds of interviews, for 2 separate jobs. Also completed a test at their studio. HR wasn't the best at communicating. They ghosted me after the second job interview. I followed up with both HR and the higher-up I interviewed with and still no response.

The test included doing multiple view options of multiple looks. But they weren't very clear with their needs, kind of vague asks that didn't follow industry standards
