First was a normal interview - brought in portfolio and style magazine Second was a task - was given 3 different scenarios and had to put together 3 different outfits for that type of girl Third was a full day trial - Had to Style and dress a collection of 7 mannequins

It was organised throughout the whole process with various different stages from a practical on floor window dressing, mannequin styling, team building to a telephonic interview prior to practical session.
