I applied in person and as soon as I handed in my app I was set up for an interview. The day of the interview I got there and sat down with my interviewer. She was very nice and personable. The questions were pretty easy; she asked me to tell her about myself (I talked about school) and asked about my volunteer experience since I haven't worked before. She also asked why I wanted to work in the store and what I thought my responsibilities would be if I were hired. The whole process was about half an hour and she offered me a job after the interview. I have orientation on Monday

simple and not very structured,they seem more concerned on looks and hiring people with no experience rather than experienced people with potential to drive the business. People seem friendly, but interviews are too simple and obvious they are looking for looks.

It was quick and easy. It did not last more than 20 minutes and I had no prior retail experience before applying. They asked me basic interview questions. I recommend applying
fairly easy interview process and i just got done with work today and it was supposed to be done today but it is still not going on today so we are not doing it now but we need a little bit to do the stuff for you guys today
