I went in one day to the store to do some shopping and asked if they were hiring at checkout. Luckily, I asked the manager and she initially told me no, but after she was done ringing up my stuff she gave me an application and told me to bring it back to her the next day. I brought in the application to her the next day and we set up a time for an interview the next week. I went in for the interview and it was something that I wasnt expecting. It was extremely laid back and conversational, which I really enjoyed. The manager and I just talked about our lives and some thing on my application and she told me about herself, the store, and what the position entailed. At the end of the interview, she told me I got the job!

It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
