Simple one on one with the manager in the food court. This was my first interview ever when I was 18 and I was nervous but I made sure to google basic interview questions, watch forever 21 youtube videos about the interview audience . If you're nervous don't be, just talk about how important customer service is etc and that you have a flexible schedule if you do.

simple and not very structured,they seem more concerned on looks and hiring people with no experience rather than experienced people with potential to drive the business. People seem friendly, but interviews are too simple and obvious they are looking for looks.

It was quick and easy. It did not last more than 20 minutes and I had no prior retail experience before applying. They asked me basic interview questions. I recommend applying
fairly easy interview process and i just got done with work today and it was supposed to be done today but it is still not going on today so we are not doing it now but we need a little bit to do the stuff for you guys today
