Forevere21 were having open interviews so I decided to dress my regular self and give it a shot. Went for a job interview back in April but never got a call back. Open interviews are conducted by a manager & they usually call people in by groups of 10. He asked why we want to work at forever21 and if we had retail experience. He then finished the interview withe saying if they're interested they'll call us that evening. Got called back to come the next day and like the day before it was in a group. This interview ultimately was about standing out and that I did! :). At the end of the interview they said they would call us but 9 that night if we got the job. Never received a call that night but did that morning!

simple and not very structured,they seem more concerned on looks and hiring people with no experience rather than experienced people with potential to drive the business. People seem friendly, but interviews are too simple and obvious they are looking for looks.

It was quick and easy. It did not last more than 20 minutes and I had no prior retail experience before applying. They asked me basic interview questions. I recommend applying
fairly easy interview process and i just got done with work today and it was supposed to be done today but it is still not going on today so we are not doing it now but we need a little bit to do the stuff for you guys today
