It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.

Group interview in a mall food court. Asked basic questions about school and work experience, asked about a hard situation and how you handled it. Very laid back, almost an immediate call back and job offer. No drug test, just come in and fill out some paperwork, walk around the store get explained the different sections and floor set and then start. No real training. Made us watch a video on shoplifters.. Very easy hiring process because they always need employees because people quit so much.

Group interview made it difficult to provide different responses to questions.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
