Asked about open positions while shopping, was immediately invited for a interview which was a group interview with an assistant manager and about 5 other interviewees with another 30 waiting outside so it was a very very very fast interview. Less than 2 days later was called to come back for a second interview which was also a group interview with the store manager and about 5 other people. Not even half a day went by before being offered a job that night.

Most unexpected question was being asked to explain why they should NOT hire me, but really loved the chance to sell random items and show selling/customer service skills.
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
