My interview process was extremely easy, quick, and nice. I went to a job fair I had heard about just days before, sat down with the co-manager who was really lovely and I got a call that night and was hired the same day. That manager left and she did things in a very organized, timely manner and since then it hasn't been the same and the interview process for potential new hires there is very different unfortunately.
