I was shopping at the store and saw the sign that they were hiring. I asked for an application. The manager handed me one, and he seemed really nice. I went home and filled it out. I brought it in the next day and the assistant manager interviewed me on the spot. I felt really confident about the interview. She told me she had to give the store manager my application for him to review and that they'll contact me for any further instructions. They called two days later for a second interview with the store manager. I was hired at that interview.
