You apply with your resume, and they give you a call. First interview they ask a couple of personal questions and basically they give you the job description and let you know about salary. Second call back is a group interview, where everyone has to describe themselves, their life experiences, find pros and cons about themselves, etc. Then you are asked to think about a project that you must describe in 10 minutes and say why it would be lucrative. Final call back is with the direct boss you might be working with, a little more intimate.
