The senior project manager and I sat in the empty conference room and he began talking. Within a few minutes, as I'm talking, he's reading emails on his phone. He finally excused himself and went outside to take a phone call. Once, he returned, he continued to play on his phone, and we were then interrupted by another employee, who barged into the room and whisked the senior project manager away. After close to ten minutes he came back and ended the interview. He had not looked over my portfolio or resume before the interview. Of course, I never heard back after the interview, until 2.5 months later when I received an email from the interviewer, seeming out of blue. He apologized for the delay in contacting me and said they went a different direction.
