Pretty straightforward process overall - 3x behavioral interviews with relevant team + a simple take-home case. As I approached the offer stage I was pressured time and time again to get all my questions answered and concerns addressed. When I was given the offer and told to make a decision within 24 hours. I did some reflecting and realized there were some key questions I didn't feel comfortable asking before I had an offer or that I didn't feel I had sufficient comfort in the answers I was given. I sent a list of questions I wanted answered before I was willing to accept and got a reply saying that my offer was rescinded. When I asked for clarification and a chance to understand what was going on, I did not receive any response for 1 week, when I was told that I was not a good fit. I asked for feedback on what happened or how I could improve in future job searches and have heard nothing.
Overall this has been the most unprofessional interview process I've ever been a part of and raises serious questions about the company's management and communication.
