Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Form3 (Barcellona) nel mese di feb 2021
Colloquio
The steps are the following:
1. Call a recruiter
2. Coding Test
3. Tech team video-call
My experience was super bad because you have to spend a lot of time doing a test without even knowing to which team you'll be working with. If I've learned something with this process is that I won't spend that much time without knowing the team and the concrete project.
