Colloquio
After an initial phone screening, I was brought in for an in person interview. The main interviewer was a young engineer, less than two years out of college, with an aggressive attitude. Alongside, two QA people, only one of them seemed really interested in being in the room. The engineer fired a series of academic questions and asked me to look at some code and provide feedback. My past experience didn't seem to be of particular concern, and that felt weird given they were interviewing for a senior position. Afterwards, I met with the IT manager. Right away I knew we would never be able to get along. When he asked why I wanted to work there, I could not come up with a sincere answer. The entire process struck me as incoherent. Company Reviews on Glassdoor as of February 2020 seem to confirm the various red flags I have seen.

Colloquio
Started with phone interview. Face to face was 4 rounds of interviews back to back with different groups. While grueling, I think they did a great job explaining the workplace culture as well as asking good questions.
