Had to fill up a physical form with my details even though I filled up an extensive application form before the interview. Waited for about 45 minutes as the hiring manager was in a meeting.
Interview lasted for about 20 minutes and a lot of it was condescending talk about her current employees.

First interview with a Creative Director, after a copywriting test, then had a chat with the Lady Boss herself. Was offered the job by the Lady Boss but declined due to a weird vibe I sensed from her. She said, "You have potential in your writing, not the best, but better than the other copywriter we just hired. He's also not willing to put in the hours, I don't know what to do with him."

Interviewer was pleasant. Vaguely but still transparent if you were to ask about the negative reviews you see on glassdoor. You can sort of guess something is amiss with the company culture when you sense that the interviewers themselves are not confident about the company's prospects, or their appeal to you.
