Initial Telephone interview to ask basic questions before arranging a 30 min phone interview with hiring manager. A face to face interview with Hiring Manager, hiring manager's boss and another person who isn't in the direct managers team to give an objective view. Then I was invited to present a 30 min pitch with Hiring manager, a team member and the managers boss. All in all took 3-4 weeks. As soon as the final presentation was concluded I was called up about an hour later to be offered the role. All moved very quickly
