First step was 30 minute phone call with a recruiter which kept getting pushed back after setting a time and date. Questions asked at this step were general questions on recent projects and work ethic. Second step was a 2 hour long on-site technical interview where 2 team leads asked a couple different scenarios regarding work ethic, managing stress, and working with others. The technical portion was 1 hour which consisted of a few puzzle questions to test logic and reasoning. There was 2 coding questions one in Python, the other in JavaScript. During the interview they said they would reach out in a couple of weeks to notify me about the position, it's been about 4+ weeks since the interview I never received an email about the position. I can only assume I didn't get the position but an update would've been nice.
