VERY shady recruitment practices. I don't understand why someone on the recruitment team would headhunt me on LinkedIn, tell me they would call me the next day, only to end up ghosting. It's almost as if they ask people to send their resumes over just so they can collect their personal info, all while luring them with the false promise of a potential job.
