There were two technical rounds and an HR round, first round was for 40 min, second round was for 2 hours and third round was 10-15 min. First round was basic , they didn't go into deep but in secound round they went into deep for every topic.

I spent more than 20+ hours on 5+ interviews, including a 5 hour take home test and going to their office for 3 consecutive interviews. Then I waited 1.5 months for a rejection without explanation. No respect for our time.

I had interview for the “Technical support Engineer” at Fortinet on Dec 6th 2024.
After first questions, "what is the 7 OSI layers and the sample protocol for each layer", the interviewer told me show him my keyboard, because he felt, I am looking too much bottom of the screen.
then he asked me to share my screen. and he said that I am using chatgpt for cheating. That chatgpt question was VRF leaking related to my task for my current job.
I have more that 15 years experience as a network engineer and consultant. I spent time to pass NSE4 certificate for this role requirement and planned to relocate to Ottawa. the interviewer stop interview easily. The interviewer didn't even turn his webcam.
