From there, she scheduled a phone interview with me. The day before the interview she asked to change the time by 30 minutes. Fair, clear communication. I conducted the interview while I was at a resort by the pool. It was conversational, clear communication, and we closed by her saying she would pass my resume along despite one issue about not being fluent in Spanish.
