First interview was with a recruiter and the following (4 or so) were quick interviews (30 -45 mins) with various members in the department. Everyone was very welcoming and it was more of a basic Q and A format about my experiences instead of a test format (this may be because I was not applying for a technical position).

then a longer interview with the recruiter
Another one with your direct team and finally one with the head of the department
