3 stages of interview which are basic network knowledge, Technical and troubleshooting. Here also tech manager ask you hobby, future plan and so on, and 3rd i am Not sure as i failed 2nd iv. I think hiring team should not ask for current payslip if you are not yet hiring candidates.
