I recently interviewed for an entry-level Talent Acquisition Coordinator position at Fortis Games, and while I appreciate the opportunity to engage with the team, I believe there are significant areas for improvement in their hiring process. The interview process consisted of five rounds: an initial 30-minute call with a recruiter, followed by a 45-minute conversation with the hiring manager, and culminating in a grueling 135-minute panel interview with three team members. For an entry-level position, this level of scrutiny felt excessive and could potentially deter qualified candidates. Moreover, despite investing substantial time and effort into the process, I was disappointed to receive a rejection without any constructive feedback. This lack of communication not only leaves candidates in the dark about their performance but also reflects poorly on the company's commitment to transparency and respect for candidates' time. While I value thorough evaluation in hiring, I believe Fortis Games could benefit from streamlining their interview stages and providing timely, actionable feedback to candidates. A more efficient process would not only enhance the candidate experience but also ensure that It secures the best talent effectively. Prospective applicants should be aware of these aspects when considering opportunities at Fortis Games, as transparency and respect during the hiring process are crucial indicators of a company's culture and values. Overall, I appreciate the chance to interview with Fortis Games, but hope they take this feedback constructively to improve their practices for future candidates.

The interviewers were super kind and engaging, and the company seems really cool to work at with WFH flexibility. While I couldn't accept the opportunity offered at the time, I'd absolutely love to work for Fortis in the future.
