It was straight forward, not long, asked basic questions regarding experience and education. Also if we had experience dealing with customers over the phone. A couple of scenario questions were also asked, such as how we would deal with angry customers or having to negotiate plans with existing or returning customers.

Interview began with a prescreening round of skill questions and a short segment where you had to record short answers to questions. During this process a popup came up on my laptop, in the process of trying to close it the platform thought I had exited the screen and did not allow me to proceed with recording an answer. I withdrew my application shortly after, much prefer speaking to an actual human being.
