I would say this is the oddest interview that I have ever done. There was actually no interviewer, it was a video call with pre-recorded questions. They send you an email and say that you have a week to complete the interview.

Required to do a one-sided video screen first, then went straight to an in-person interview with the hiring manager and HR. Normal interview questions, nothing overwhelming. The process is highly structured and not super collaborative or flexible. Pay is also quite low compared to BC Hydro for comparable roles.
