Stage 1- 30 minutes written test and Demo trading test- Candidates are required to do minimum 3 demo trades within 1 week after the interview and submit to the Hr Manager via skype Stage2- Shortlisted candidates will get selected to become trainee traders and take a Live Trading Test (Using your own trading account with minimum fund size of 300 USD). Training will be provided to help candidates to pass the live trading test and get promoted from trainee traders to junior traders(official employment).

Felt completely unprofessional. Was in a zoom with several other people. Could not type or respond. Host did not understand fully how use Metatrader despite asking us to trade with it and show our trades. No criteria for trades given other than to do it.

Group Interview in a zoom session which only introduce themselves and job role. Give you to answer some quiz, and open a demo account with them to do a trading simulation test.
