First phone screening, then a skype interview. Went well so they flew me for an in person interview in their DC office. Met with a lot of team members. It's obvious they are reading your personality more than anything. They lied about happy hour and sent 5 of us home while the other 3 went to happy hour with the account executives. I guess that is there way of saying you didn't get the job. Sent a follow up email thanking them for the experience and was ghosted. Overall extremely easy interview though.

Extremely lengthy, over 10 interviews were required for an entry level position. Everyone is very kind but the process is somewhat repetitive. Mine was conducted via zoom due to COVID.

Fortitude found my resume online and called me with the intention of placing me with an employer that they knew would be a good fit for me. I had fantastic conversations with my recruiter and felt extremely relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire phone interview. Once I was done speaking with my recruiter I spoke with her supervisor who would be representing me to the company that they matched me with. He was extremely friendly and ensured me that they'd be happy to help me through the entire process.
