They reached out to me on Linked in and then came to my campus to speak with my in person. It was a really informal informational meeting and afterward they invited me to their onsite office to meet with their staff. This whole interview process is to feel out your personality and see if they think you'd fit in with their work culture. I think they could be a lot more professional how they handle this whole process, especially making it way less obvious that you did or didn't get the position. During my full day interview from the get-go I already knew I wasn't going to get the position. The last couple of interviews the people who met with me looked so disinterested and almost annoyed I was speaking with them. If you get invited to their happy hour at the end of the day then you basically get the offer, the rest of the individuals they take you home. I think one of the biggest things I noticed about this company was the lack of diversity among the staff. I only noticed 4 or 5 women out of at least 30 employees on the floor.

Very straightforward, asked about you overall to try and get to know you as a person. The interviewers were easy to speak to. Use Glassdoor to prepare, it was super helpful.
