The interview was very personality based. They wanted to get to know you on a personal level rather than grill you on your technical abilities. It is an all day interview if they are considering you. If they don't think your cut for it they slowly filter you out. It was an easy interview in that you had to be yourself, but very difficult in that it was all day.
