This company reached out to me, & I returned their call. My interviewer asked me some questions. He was very polite & courteous on the phone. However, things took an unexpected turn when he accidentally forwarded his notes about our conversation to me instead of to his co-worker. In this email, he referred to me as "not sharp," incorrectly stated that I "haven't held a job," & told his co-worker to "ASAP CLEAR," which I take to mean "delete him from the system." I call him out on it, & his explanation was, in a nutshell, that they were just short notes about our talk, & that he would have the full conversation with his colleague soon, & that I should send my resume to him, as if I should trust that somebody who was referring to me as "not sharp" would actually vouch for me in my job search. It opened my eyes as to just how two-faced recruiters can be. They could have, at the very least, simply told me they didn't think they could help me. Instead, they claim to want to advocate for me on the surface, while denigrating me in private. I'm just very surprised at this event.
