I had a phone interview then a meeting with a manager. The manager took the time to get to know me, then we delved into the nitty gritty. It went from very friendly to very business-like. I appreciated that. The questions about my skills weren't layups, they weren't your "canned questions".
No "what is your weakness?", "what is your strength?". A lot more about what I learned, why I learned it. The interview went for 3 hours, it seemed like an hour because most of it was conversational.
I interviewed with the team as well. They definitely want to make sure you fit in with the culture.
