Had two interviews with the company, took an hour out of my work day, for the first interview and an afternoon off my current role for the second in person interview, prepared a presentation as asked. Felt interview went really well. They told me they would come back to me within two weeks. Just before the deadline, they emailed stating I was a really strong candidate, and they would let me know the following week, and never come back to me. The ladies that interviewed me were lovely, made me feel super comfortable in the interview, no qualms with them at all. More the recruitment team. Very shocked with this, as they reassured me they would let me know. I emailed twice asking for feedback and no response. Very poor and unprofessional.
