This company seems to be going through a major restructuring. Judging from the behavior of the employees I've interviewed with, I don't think anyone is safe, or happy there right now. I'm not sure if I interviewed some specific employees on an "off-day" or what, but they were rude, and gave me almost no information about what they actually do and how I'd work with them. I began questioning why I was speaking with this person if they seem like they're already on the way out, and didn't even want to be involved in the interview process. Keep that in mind when interviewing with Fortune Brands Innovations right now. I'm sure after the current "restructuring" process is finished, things will get better.
