Easy to get job but commissions don’t really pay out long term and you loose all commissions if you leave. Commissions are only paid individually half the year is this ok with you?

Are you able to work for when ever needed with no set schedule beyond a few days notice since schedules change with company demands. Are group commissions ok 1/2 the year.
