The first interview was a screening with a recruiter to make sure that you were comfortable with the pay range, discuss things such as company culture and work style (remote, hybrid, on site). The second interview was with agency senior leadership. They asked standard behavioral questions. The last interview was with the project team members, they asked behavioral questions as well and discussed the role in more details and the day to day responsibilities.
