Submit application on the company's career portal, if shortlisted, it is followed followed by HR interview then director interview. The offer is by phone and one you accept, they will send an email confirming the contract.
I did two rounds of interviews, the first was a screening call with more general questions about myself, second was with a manager who explained what the job would entail.

Great experience - did not feel intimidated at all really got to just have a conversation about what my goals looked like. I wanted a position in Rogers, unfortunately they were full but wanted to work with me, so they offered me a internship at another office.
