The interview process consisted of two assessment centre stages followed by an interview and a final in-person interview. The process was conducted in person and focused on both technical knowledge and interpersonal skills relevant to the Financial Planner role. The interviewers were professional and the questions were moderately challenging, mainly centred around client scenarios, communication skills, and how you would handle financial planning situations. Overall, the process was organised but fairly lengthy, with multiple stages before a final decision was made.
