applied online normal questions and info about education and employment. invited to take online tests; numerical and verbal reasoning. after passing tests invited to interview, 1 on 1 competency based interview with manager. interviewer was very welcoming and calmed any nerves. invited to assessment day which was very relaxed and enjoyable
